About Me
Hi, I'm Beth Montgomery, and I've dedicated my life to transforming how we approach life's most tender transitions. As a Certified Death Doula, Elder Care Doula, and End-of-Life Care Planner, I'm here to bring compassion, clarity, and deep support to individuals and families navigating the intricate journey of death, dying, and grief.
My work isn't just a profession—it's a calling. I'm committed to filling the gaps left by mainstream medicine, offering a holistic, non-medical approach that embraces the emotional, spiritual, and deeply human aspects of end-of-life experiences. Through pre-planning, legacy work, spiritual care, and community education, I create safe, transformative spaces where people can connect with their truest selves during life's most vulnerable moments.
As a skilled facilitator and Reiki Master, I weave together expertise and intuition to empower individuals to embrace their mortality with grace and intention. My approach is unconventional yet heart-centered. I don't just support the person who is dying—I walk alongside entire families, offering comfort, guidance, and ongoing care that extends beyond the moment of passing.
What sets my work apart is the deep listening and personalized support I provide. Every journey is unique, and together, we'll explore how to make this time meaningful and true to your values. Whether we connect in person or virtually, I'm here to offer the compassionate care and practical guidance you need during these sacred transitions.
I hold certifications as a Doulagivers Specialist, Level 3 Usui Reiki Master, Meditation Teacher, and NUSHU Facilitator. But beyond these credentials, I'm guided by a fundamental belief: no one should have to face life's most challenging moments alone.
My mission is to invite you to step into your humanity, to find peace in the inevitability of change, and to live fully, even—and especially—as we approach life's final chapter. Through warmth, humor, and a commitment to spiritual growth, I create a nurturing environment where difficult conversations become opportunities for connection and healing.

What Is a Death Doula?
A Death Doula is a non-medical person trained to offer holistic, emotional, and spiritual care for individuals at the end of life. As a Death Doula, I support both the dying and their families by providing a calm and knowledgeable presence throughout the entire process. I guide families in understanding the natural stages of death while creating a space for comfort and dignity. Whether it's before, during, or after death, my role is to offer comprehensive, non-medical support.
